Yoga

Yoga is beneficial in relaxing the mind and escaping the everyday pressure and stress to clear the thoughts, to be able to have a more productive life and manage tasks. The course of yoga training takes into consideration the health conditions both psychological and physical to integrate suitable trainings for the women. Each course is for a period of 12 sessions. The Benefits of Yoga course: • Improve flexibility and balance • Increase strength and stamina • Stress reduction and relaxation • Improve posture and body awareness • Enhance mental focus and clarity • Better breathing and respiratory function • Boost immune system and overall well-being • Increase mindfulness and self-awareness • Greater emotional stability and resilience • Connection with a supportive community Most participants reported having improved their flexibility and also improving their mental wellbeing and had a positive overall sense of wellbeing. This impacted them in their everyday lives and enhanced their thinking ability to make wiser decisions, with more timely management.
