Zumba Course

In 2018 the Weh Center hosted a Zumba class. This workshop lasted for one month and had 30 female participants. There were numerous benefits to the Zumba class. 1. Made the muscles tighter 2. Aided in weight loss 3. Increased oxygen in the body 4. Prevented women from having heart attacks.
