Stretching
The stretching training is designed to help women regain their flexibility to be able to carry out every-day work. The course is targeted at those who are inactive, have joint ailments or surgeries, which has made it painful to move their limbs freely. The course integrates 15 minutes of aerobics to get the women started and then focuses on therapeutic trainings for their joints and more flexibility. The course is for a period of 12 sessions.

All women reported having benefited from the training. Many of them had reduced pain all around their body, specifically their back and neck; while others had their conditions improved, which required them to visit the doctor less and take less medication. The feedback of the women was incredibly positive; they wanted to continue the trainings and constantly ask for more courses to be done.
