Life Skills
Life Skills refers to the skills needed for managing and living a better quality of life. The life skills course covers a wide range of capabilities that participants learn, which equips them to understand the ten core life skills as defined by WHO. The course includes training on coping with stress, managing emotion, empathy, self-awareness, interpersonal skills, effective communication, critical thinking, creative thinking, problem solving and decision making skills. The course is conducted over a duration of 5 days.
