As part of our Pink October campaign, WFBHL Weh Women’s Center coordinated with the Directorate of Health and Cancer Center in Azadi Hospital to provide solace and support to women battling cancer by organizing an event aimed at spreading a message of hope and positivity. The renowned comedian, Mr. Dilshad Chamani, and Miss Vejan Tahseen, actress, supported WFBHL Weh Women’s Center’s mission by using their humor to add a touch of joy to the gathering, reminding everyone that even in the face of difficulties, we can find strength and positivity. WFBHL distributed specially curated cancer care packages, which were designed to offer essential comfort items and encouragement. Through these care packages, we hope to not only raise awareness about breast cancer but also provide a tangible source of strength to those undergoing treatment. A heartfelt thank you to the Directorate of Health, Cancer Center, and Dr. Chekdar for their invaluable support in distributing cancer care packages to the patients and for their involvement in our Pink October initiative.
